    This portion of the module aims to creating new neurological pathways for increasing confidence, determination, and self-worth. Done along with a ritual visualization practice, Alexandra will infuse affirmations into your mind for self-actualization.

    The digestion portion of the module allows you the opportunity to dig into the language of the mind and interpret the information you learned this week through insightful takeaways and introspection. This work skips asking you to journal, but rather invites you to understand the words you use, and the key points of the lessons you have learned throughout the week.
